Finance and Admin Unit
Finance and Admin Manager
Led by finance and Admin Manager, this unit is responsible for the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the National Youth Service Scheme. The unit works to ensure effective financial management, ethical work standards, and staff welfare. This unit also oversees the NYSS farms in WCR and CRR to ensure upkeep and staff walfare

Program Management Unit
Program Manager
Headed by a Program Manager, this unit works to ensure the efficient management of all NYSS programs. This unit leads technical proposal design, project/program implementation, reporting, partnership management and all other program-related functions.

Inspectorate Unit
Specialist
This unit ensures the timely monitoring and evaluation of all programs designed and implemented by the National Youth Service Scheme. Through regular inspections, field assessments, quarterly evaluations, the unit ensures to track all aspects of program implementation, record accurate data, and report on challenges and lessons learned to guide future program design and execution.

Communications Unit
Communications Officer
The Communication Unit leads external communication to keep the public informed, raise awareness about NYSS activities, and enhance visibility. This unit’s work is guided by the NYSS Communication Policy, designed to enhance proactive information sharing and public engagement.
